Hello, and welcome to Padel Genie 👋 These are our Terms of Use — the agreement between you and us when you use Padel Genie. We've written them in plain English, because legalese helps nobody. Padel Genie is operated by Breakfast Enterprises Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, trading as “Padel Genie” (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the site, you're agreeing to these terms — so please have a quick read.
Padel Genie is a research and intelligence tool for the UK padel market. We bring together padel venues, planning applications, demographic and catchment analysis and related data to help you understand the market. It's there to support your decisions — it isn't professional, legal, financial or investment advice.
Some features need a free account and some are paid. Please keep your login details to yourself, give us accurate information, and don't let anyone else use your account — you're responsible for what happens under your login.
We work hard to keep Padel Genie's information as accurate and up to date as we can, drawing on many public and third-party sources as well as our own research. But — and this matters — we can't promise it's always accurate, complete or current. Everything is provided “as is” and “as available”, with no warranties or guarantees of any kind. Always verify anything important yourself before relying on it, and treat the figures as a starting point for your own due diligence, not the final word. You use Padel Genie, and anything you find on it, on your own judgement and at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Breakfast Enterprises Limited won't be liable for any loss, damage, cost or missed opportunity arising from your use of — or reliance on — Padel Genie or its data, including any decisions or investments you make. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited (such as for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud).
Please use Padel Genie for your own legitimate purposes. Don't scrape, bulk-download, copy or resell our data, don't try to break or overload the site, and don't use it for anything unlawful.
We're a small team building quickly, so the odd bug is inevitable. If you spot one — or something looks wrong in the data — just tell us at hello@padelgenie.io and we'll always do our very best to fix it as quickly as we can. A quick nudge helps us, and everyone else using Padel Genie.
Padel Genie is evolving fast, so we may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top always shows the current version; carrying on using the site means you're happy with any changes.
